Hi! I am Vern Andrew, my brother-in-law Aubrey Jones and I bought an old apt building in 2008. We have been remodeling it in our spare time since. We had hunters, fishermen, construction workers, family reunions, and about anything else you can think of in the last three years. This year we added a steel building where the old garage was. The plans are to put three dog kennels in this summer.
We have kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bath room in the basement. The main floor has kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, 2 bathrooms, and a mud room. The up stairs has kitchen, living room, one bedroom with 3 single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms. there are private entry's to all three floors. We do not mix groups on a floor. There is a laundry in the basement, and a small chest type freezer for game. The kitchens are complete with pots pans dishes etc.
We also now have a 2 other two bedroom houses similarly furnished for hunters fishermen etc. We close them down in the winter, but we keep the Bunkhouse open year around.
